The morning we left KC it was -4 degrees, and about 45 in Denver. Our friend, Stan Lentzner, is building our cabinets for the office. We wanted to see what the stain color looked like, and check on the progress. We were able to do that Tuesday morning. We had thought we would leave for home right afterwards, but it was snowing in MT and WY, with a chance of another storm, so we decided to stay the day. We went to Blindside that evening, and loved the movie! If you haven't seen it yet, and can find it playing, go! If you missed it, rent it when it comes out. Very good.
We left Denver on Wednesday morning, running into a snow storm in northern Colorado, and through a good part of Wyoming. We made it through, thankful that it was the worst when we were in Wyoming, not in Denver traffic. Home Sweet Home.

- Usually it will be me, DeeDee, posting to you all, but maybe I can get Warren to add a bit now and then. We'll see. We're empty nesters now, and that hasn't slowed us down at all. We keep busy with the farm, our family, hobbies like scrapbooking, photography, travel and barbecue. Yes, bbq. We recently bought a smoker and we're having fun cooking for our friends. Come on by!
